Derry Area Trojans Hockey

Derry Area Hockey Association (DAHA) is a scholastic-based ice hockey program playing in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League (PIHL). For the 2009-2010 season we filled a Junior Varsity  and Varsity team. DAHA consists of players from 5 school districts – Derry Area, East Allegheny, Blairsville-Saltsburg, United and Woodland Hills. All practices and the majority of games are held at our home, the Center Ice Arena in Delmont. We are looking for any players from 5 school districts – Derry Area, East Allegheny, Blairsville-Saltsburg, United  and Woodland Hills either not currently participating scholastically in the PIHL or those new to the game. It is our hope to further develop DAHA to consist of 4 teams – varsity, junior varsity, freshmen, and developmental program

PARENT MEETINGS

We will be having a JV parents meeting before the game on Friday 1/22 at 8:00 PM. We will be having a Varsity parents meeting before the game on Monday 1/25 at 7:45pm. We are asking that at least one parent of each player be present.

Derry Area Hockey Association would like to say THANK YOU  to everyone who helped  make our Night At The Races and Nov. Bingo a success. We would also like to send A big THANK YOU to The Latrobe American Legion for letting us use the hall for our Night AT The Races and Nov. Bingo.
